Kitchen Makeover

Last month, the Eastview Boys and Girls Club in Oshawa were fortunate enough to team up with the fabulous folks at LOWE'S in Whitby for a much needed renovation to their on-site kitchen. The existing cabinets were the originals from 1963, so a gift of new ones and parts and labour was such a treat for the Club. The handy team from LOWE'S consisted of nearly 20 employees who volunteered their time and completed the transformation in one full day! With the ever popular cooking classes available to the kids and the endless amounts of breakfasts, lunches and after school snacks prepared on site, the new cabinets are causing a frenzy already with more space and updated style. Thank you LOWE'S for a job well done!
